2. Specific kinds of Personal Data. We do not collect your resident registration number, bank account information, or credit card information. However, in the event that you voluntarily provide such information to us in the course of availing of the Coda Services, Coda shall ensure the security and confidentiality of these items of Personal Data in accordance with the relevant laws.
3. International transfer of Personal Data. We take steps to ensure that any Personal Data transferred in accordance with the Policy shall be provided a standard of protection that is comparable to the protection under the Personal Information Protection Act of 2020, as well as its relevant amendments, guidelines, enforcement rules, etc.
4. Governing law and dispute resolution. This Policy shall be governed by and construed according to the laws of South Korea without regard to its conflicts-of-law provisions. We shall endeavour to amicably resolve any disputes that arise out of or in connection with this Policy (including any question regarding its existence, validity or termination), but in the event that such efforts shall fail, such disputes shall be referred to the court with competent jurisdiction over Coda Korea's registered address, to the exclusion of all courts in any other venue.

1. Scope of application. If you are residing in or located in Vietnam, these provisions (the 'Vietnam Provisions') shall govern the collection and processing of your Personal Data, in addition to the foregoing Policy.
2. Processing of Personal Data of children under 18. The Coda Services are not directed to persons under the age of eighteen (18) in Vietnam ('minors'). As such, we do not knowingly collect Personal Data from such minors. We can only collect a minor's Personal Data with the consent, permission, and supervision of their parent or guardian. If you are a parent or guardian supervising a minor, and you accept this Policy on their behalf so that they may use the Coda Services, you understand that you consent to the processing of the minor's Personal Data in accordance with this policy.
